Need some added inspiration? Try one of our group fitness classes, and allow our instructors to push you to a new level.
You'll have more than 50 classes a week to choose from, in two separate studios.
No booking in advance either - take a class when you feel like it!
Spin, pump, step, box or dance your way to fitness; harness the resistance of water in an aqua aerobics class; or improve flexibility and release tension with body balance or pilates.
