High-energy group classes
Do you crave a workout that leaves you breathless? We have a number of classes that will keep your heart rate up from start to finish. Step involves a full-body workout using step platforms, while Functional Circuit is a constantly-evolving mix of high-intensity drills. Dance Fit is a fun and intense cardio experience while Boxing gets your heart rate up while teaching combat skills. We also offer Spin classes if bikes are more your speed.
