360 opened in Tamworth in 2008 under the guidance of Dwone Jones (DJ). DJ has more than 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry, having developed his skills in the highly-competitive New York market. 360 has grown significantly since then, with the Tamworth gym expanding to cover more than double the original floor space. We have also opened a second fitness and aquatic centre on the NSW Central Coast at Forresters Beach. In March 2014, the Tamworth club moved from its original location to brand-new custom-built premises featuring two indoor pools, three Group Fitness studios, a large weights area, cardio zone, Health Clinic, cafe and creche. 360’s success has been built on treating people with warmth and respect. Members and staff are part of our 360 family.

Our Austswim-qualified coaches make kids feel safe as they learn to swim and improve their stroke. The buoyancy of our warm water is also ideal to ease aching muscles and speed your recovery from injury. Pool-only packages are available or receive free access to the pool as part of your gym membership. In the care of our Austswim-qualified coaches, kids quickly learn to love the water. With classes from Mums & Bubs through to Mini Squads, we cater to every child’s ability and comfort level. Our structured program ensures swimming skills are continually developed and broadened.

The 360 Fuel mission is to improve the health and wellness of our community. Many of the athletes and fitness fans that train at 360 Fitness Clubs have investigated sporting supplements, as they can be a great way to boost your training results and give your performance that extra edge. However, we quickly discovered that all supplements are not created equal. If you care about your health and fitness you don’t want to consume the fillers and simple sugars that are often used by other manufacturers to bulk out their product.

So we decided to develop our own range of supplements based on high-quality ingredients that improve sporting performance – while leaving the fillers out. And we made them affordable, so that better health and fitness is available to everybody.
